We want you to be completely satisfied with ProxyWarden. This policy explains when and how you can receive a refund.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the transaction date, provided you have used fewer than 50 credits from the purchased pack. To request a refund, email support@proxywarden.com with your order details.
Eligibility
Refunds are available if: (a) you request within 7 days of purchase; (b) fewer than 50 credits have been consumed from the purchased pack; (c) your account is not suspended for Terms of Service violations.
Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds for: credits already consumed beyond the 50-credit threshold; accounts suspended due to abuse or Terms violations; purchases older than 7 days.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Partial Refunds
If you have consumed some but fewer than 50 credits, we may offer a partial refund proportional to unused credits at our discretion.
