By accessing or using ProxyWarden ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ProxyWarden provides an API and web interface for proxy intelligence: anonymity detection, fraud scoring, geolocation, and related checks. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key and account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Credits are purchased in advance and consumed per API request. Credits do not expire and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller.

You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) infringe third-party rights; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the API; (d) resell access without a Reseller plan. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

All content, trademarks, and technology associated with ProxyWarden are owned by or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
